Aug 1, 2022 · Cant figure out why when sending an email from the mail app on my mac, it gets stuck in the outbox. Have Checked in Accounts, Server settings and ticked the box for Automatically manage connection settings. Also try to reenter the password, but a message pops up "Unable to verify account name or password" I recently converted to Office 2013 and just started noticing this issue so my assumption is it's due to the upgrade. I have always had the rule 'delay delivery by 1 minute' and never had an issue in Outlook 2010. Now when I send a message, it just hangs in the Outbox.
