Fold 4 here with no case or screen protector. Scratched up most of the colour to the metal (in a pocket with keys), but both screens are fine. The outside screen has a weird bubble looking thing on it, but it's on the inside of the screen and not on the screen itself if that makes sense. Fold 4, had for just over a year.

The screen protector on my Fold 3 was peeling after about 6 months of regular use. The Samsung store in Palo Alto, California replaced it (screen protector) under warranty while I wandered the mall for 3 hours. It started peeling again after 3 months. I hesitantly peeled it off, and haven't regretted it at all.However before I traded the fold 3 in (without the screen protector), I did notice micro scratches on the raw screen starting to appear. If it's just the screen protector. It is something you can do if you are practiced at installing them. But otherwise it can be replaced. Personally I would just go to a Samsung Experience Store or approved repair agent, and get it replaced.
