The 30S is nice but does not have any conversion barrels for the high powered rounds. LW makes a 9mm barrel for the 20 but not for the 29 or 30.

The slide is slimmer on the 30S. But, the frame thickness is what grabbed my attention at first. However, I find them both about equally accurate. I do most of my dryfiring with the 21 because of the heavier trigger pull.
Glock reduced the distance between the front and back straps. This allowed those that liked the heft of the 30, but with smaller hands, to have the ability to get a better grip and trigger reach. The 30S is a 36 slide on the SF frame.
