Holosun 407c battery.
I have 5 Holosuns (407c & 507c) and have never had this issue. BUT when I get a new optic I always toss the battery that came with it and install an Energizer or Duracell one when I first mount it... because I have heard of problems with the included batteries. I know my 407c has been working fine since I got it.
