Key won’t come out of ignition randomly. On my 07 accord i4 5AT, I always make sure to first place the car in neutral, set the parking brake, and then place it in park. Sometimes when I am in a rush, I forget and place in park. The key won’t come out, but I know it’s not supposed to in neutral, so I put it in park.
There is a solenoid in the console that is activated when the brakes are pressed, that allows the shifter to move out of park. If the horn blows the fuse is good (same circuit).
