Oct 21, 2021 · I have a 2022 that has been to the dealer 4 times since I picked it up on December 2nd for a black screen on UConnect. The truck has 900kms on it. The screen constantly goes black and freezes, I can’t control any settings (climate, seat heat, etc). The dealer gives the same answer that you were given - “Ram is aware”.
