Got a lot of obstacles to overcome (mainly wiring-don't have the donor XJ bulkhead harness) and the one that I am working on right now is the fuel delivery. If it were mine, i would run new line from the front to the rear for both the supply and the return lines. When running at idle the pressure jumps to 80 psi, oscillating between 75 and 85. Disconnecting the vacuum line to the regulator has no effect on the pressure.

You can replace them with bulk FI hose and good hose clamps. If you are replacing the hard lines, you can use a flaring tool to put a little bubble flare on the ends of the lines to give a good grip on the rubber hose/clamps. Same with the vapor hard line.
