The reason the improve scorecard is relevant is because for ESM/RXOMs, as people leaders, part of their review is based off of the numbers the team managed to hit. Only bonus eligible store level staff are SMs + RXMs. No bonus as rxom, put in your 2 weeks.
As long as you have at least one other technician that you can lean on for help you should be fine. I truly cannot recall a time that my duties as an RxOM stressed me out.
