(Many the octave key sticks way up on the body, so the receiver is much higher than most necks). Has anyone bought a different neck for one, or know ...

Big excellent for a wide variety of playing situations, however I prefer (and am looking for) and great STM with a lot of 'zing' to the sound. I play a YTS-23 (and a 10M) and have both the T6 and T55 and prefer the T6 just slightly more.

In many ways, the Kessler reminded me of blowing into a Yamaha 62. The tone, however, is nothing like that of either Yamaha, or Selmer. The tonal color is dark, and very different than any other modern tenor I've ever played. Oddly, their is a "dark buttery" quality to the tone that reminds me of an old Buescher.clarnut. 1751 posts · Joined 2004. #8 · Mar 31, 2020.
